All to frequently I am asked how to download videos from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube etc,. A very good question I might add as some people are not that tech savvy and want quick and easy solutions. The main reason you should download your Facebook go live videos is so that you can reuse them on other platforms and other options. Facebook doesnt make it easy to do this so here is a step-by-step setup that works and if you want to skip doing it this way, there is even yet an easier way to do it.
1. Step One – Locate the video in your profile or page feed
Once you have found the video, you will want to click on the date/time stamp and the video will pop up.
Once you click on the date/time stamp, the video will pop up and you will see it as well as the comments to the right of the video.
Step 2: Locate the three little dots in the upper right hand corner and click
You will want to click on the 3 dots and then click on the “Download Video”.
Step 3: Click on the Download Video Option
Click the download video option and the option to save the video will appear on your computer.
Step 4: Pick the place to save the Facebook Live video on your PC
Choose where to save it on your computer and hit save. BAM!
WOW, Im sure you are like, all those steps? What if there was a little tool that would do this for you quickly and easily?! Interested?

dredown.com is a nifty little website that allows you to download your Facebook Live videos (and other platforms videos) by simply popping in the link to the video. Pretty slick, right? Best advice would be to bookmark the link so you will always have it handy
That said you do have to have the video link which requires you to follow steps 1-3 above. Once you have the link copied you simply pop it into the “insert link” at the top of the Dredown website and they will generate a download link for you. Super easy!!
